Terms of service

These terms govern purchases on greatness.it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Who we are

The website greatness.it is operated by GREATNESS. For any communication you can write to info@greatness.it.

2. Products

We do our best to show product colours and details accurately. Small differences due to your screen or to production are not a defect.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and are final. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. We may change prices at any time: the price shown when you place the order always applies.

4. Orders

The order is concluded when checkout is completed and you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. In these cases we will notify you and refund you in full.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, using the methods shown at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping

We ship in Italy with BRT: €5.00 for orders under €50, free from €50, delivery within 24/48 working hours from handover to the carrier. We also ship to the European Union and to some non EU countries, with costs and delivery times shown in the shipping policy and at checkout.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. All conditions are in the returns and refunds policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) for 24 months from delivery.

9. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, graphics, texts and images on the website belong to GREATNESS and may not be used without written permission.

10. Privacy

How we process your data is described in the privacy policy and in the Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, as provided by law.
