We ship across Italy with BRT. Fast, tracked, no surprises.

Italy

Carrier: BRT
Orders under €50: €5.00 shipping
Orders of €50 or more: free shipping
Delivery within 24/48 working hours from handover to the carrier

We ship everywhere in Italy, islands included. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next working day. For islands and remote areas BRT may need one extra day. Some items are made to order: in that case delivery may take a few extra working days.

European Union and rest of the world

European Union countries: €14.99
Non EU countries available at checkout: €19.99
Estimated delivery in 3/5 working days

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient. If your country is not available at checkout, email info@greatness.it and we'll find the best solution together.

Shipping costs are always shown before payment, at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can follow your parcel until delivery. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions to reschedule.

Damaged or incomplete parcel

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept it with a specific reservation to the carrier. In any case, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@greatness.it with your order number and a few photos: we'll take care of it.
