Refund policy

If an item isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

We only accept returns if the item is:

• in perfect, as new condition: not worn, not washed, with no odours, stains or signs of use;
• with all the original tags still attached;
• in its original packaging.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted or the refund will be reduced according to the loss in value of the product, as provided by law.

How to make a return

1. Email info@greatness.it within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the address and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the parcel with the carrier of your choice. We recommend a tracked service: the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund

• We inspect the item as soon as it arrives and confirm the outcome by email.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.
• If you return the entire order, we also refund the standard shipping costs paid at purchase.

Size exchange

Need a different size? Email info@greatness.it before shipping your return and we'll help you with the exchange. In this case too, shipping the item to be exchanged is paid by the customer.

Defective or wrong item

All products are covered by the 24 month legal guarantee of conformity. If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos: in this case all costs are on us.
